Kate holds a Masters of Architecture from UNLV, an MBA from University of Tampa, and is an Associate AIA member with over 28 years of professional experience with Fortune 500 companies.
For the past seven years, she has been working diligently to incorporate resilient and sustainable designs as the standard practice.
She is also passionate about affordable housing and support fellow small business owners. On the topic of housing, it needs to be recognized as a basic necessity. Shelter is a form of security and people should have access to affordable housing. Having lived in third-world countries and understanding the similarities and differences of those conditions juxtapose to the United States, the issue of affordable housing is a common denominator throughout the world.

James holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Tampa and is a combat veteran having served with Special Operations Commands Central and Pacific (SOCCENT & SOCPAC) and with the 4th Psychological Operations Group.
After a career in the military, he spent eight years as a property claims adjuster with several national insurance companies. In these roles he handled residential and commercial property damage claims from catastrophic weather events across the country such as hurricanes, tornados, and wildfires to claims involving theft, vandalism, fire and water damage. James is licensed in Texas, Florida, Wyoming and Nevada. He currently holds a Nevada independent claims adjuster license and is able to write property damage estimates for insurance claims using Xactimate software.

Airr has nearly four decades of experience in related positions of Design in Civil Land development, Architectural, Structural, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Planning, Environmental (Water and Wastewater), Construction, and Project Management.
He has extensive knowledge and training in martial arts. He is the founder and owner of Nak Muay Thai-Lao. He has been active in the martial arts world for over five decades. For construction developments, here are a short list of projects in which Airr wubdivision (Civil) ($200 million)

Airr Phanthip
Xaysana is a multifaceted professional with experience in business, construction, and music. As a seasoned building inspector, Xaysana spent over two-and-a-half years on the county list of inspectors (2017-2019). He then ventured into project management, founding Flow State Project Management in 2021, where he successfully managed numerous construction projects until 2022. In late 2022, Xaysana turned his attention to the film industry, overseeing the build-out of The Film Post, a post-production studio for films. Following this, he took on dual roles at The Film Post: managing the studio’s operations and running the on-site recording studio, which handled audio work for international and domestic film projects. In addition to these responsibilities, Xaysana designed and managed server systems, created software programs for workflow optimization, and addressed any technical issues that arose.
